		<title>Kingman Unified seems to favor opening Williams High</title>

		<description>The Kingman Unified School District has the money to open Lee Williams High to a freshman class of 250 to 300 students in the fall, but financial concerns focused on what might happen in the next couple of years may stop KUSD&apos;s governing board from doing so.   Here&apos;s the good news: The district built up some nice reserves over the last few years.   Here&apos;s the bad news: The district has been deficit spending and using the reserves to even out the budget.</description>

A juvenile referral was also made for a 14-year-old in the home reportedly found to be in the possession of marijuana.   Mohave County Sheriff&apos;s Spokeswoman Trish Carter said that during an unrelated investigation, two women complained to a deputy about bad tattoos they recently had done by a man who operated out of his home. Operating a tattoo parlor out of a private residence is illegal in Arizona.</description>
